Evaluation form builder, judges, evaluations, and results.
In order to Add Judges, first click on Judges which can be found on the left-hand side panel for a given competition and round. Then click on Add New. On this page, you have three options for adding a new judge: Adding one judge at a time Selecting judges from previous rounds Adding multiple judges from a CSV file
Create an Evaluation Form
Under Evaluation Form Builder menu on the left side panel, you can create an Evaluation form which will be used by your judges to grade each submission. Take some time to read through the tutorial before getting started. Assign Judges to submissions
Click on Judges to see an overview of all judges within the competition for a given round. Under the Remaining Evaluations column, you can see the number of submissions each judge has been assigned to. Under the Notifications menu, you can configure specific messages sent to Participants and/or Judges. This is a tutorial for sending messages to Judges. However, the process for sending messages to Participants is very similar.
In order to delete a judge, first click on the Judges menu. This table lists all current judges for this round. Just click on Remove to delete the judge from this round.
