Credibility Sections
The following sections are designed to help increasing your program credibility by representing your sponsors and partners, introducing your Judges or Mentors, and producly showing your program previous winners and their testimonials.
Sponsors Section
This section allows you to show your partners, sponsors and the supporters of your program.

Countdown Section
The Countdown section is an important section that allows your applicants to know how much time they got to apply to your program by using an automated countdown timer.
Click Countdown on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:

The following sections are designed to keep the applicant in touch with you. Giving them the contact information needed for any inquiries, directing them to your social accounts and giving them updates through your blog posts.

Stay connected with your applicant by adding your contact information. This is helpful for questions or inquiries.

This section allows you to summarize all of your program information along with the questions expected to be asked by the applicants.
Click FAQs on your homepage customizer menu. From there you can do the following:

Start your homepage customizer by:
Hover on Program Website from your program dashboard.
Click Homepage Builder.
Start modifying the sections and build your program homepage.

Header/Hero Section
Header/Hero Section is an essential tool of attraction for your program. It simply speaks your program info most simply, hocks your applicant to scroll down your homepage to get more detailed information, and finally clicks the call-to-action button and join your program.

Eligibility Criteria Section
This section provides the applicants with the requirements that must be met to be included in your program. You should address these criteria in the simplest form of bullets.
Click Eligibility Criteria on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:

The following sections are important to introduce your brand to your applicants. They allow you to use your brand identities to claim ownership of this homepage.
General Options
That's where you customize the program title, the tagline, and pick a favicon to be displayed in the browser tab next to the program title.

Submissions Management

Request Additional Content
Sometimes it's needed to contact the applicant to replace an attachment or to send an additional content.
Hover or click on your round.
Click Submissions.
Click on the submission you want to contact.
Scroll down the submission, you will find Notes.
Type your message in the box.
Select the applicant mail by clicking Also email this to.
Add a subject to your email.
Click Add Note.

Here you can view and export your participants from the participants section under the round tab.
You can view the participants:
• E-mail
• Name
• Submission (if any)
• Submission status (applied, didn't apply)
• Date of sign up on your program
• Date of submission if any
Also, you can view/filter participants who applied already to the program, or participants who signed up but did not apply yet.

Initial Screening
Hover or click on your round.
Click Submissions.
Use the check box to choose the submission you want to disqualify.
Click on the drop down menu Select Action.
Choose Disqualify, then click Apply.

Hover over the submission you would like to disqualify and then click Disqualify.

Sending Emails:
Under Round Management, click on the Send Emails tab.
Choose Participants (Pending).
Enter your reminder in the email body.
Click Send.Few readersRemove Participant
To remove a participant, Go to Users.
There are two ways to locate the participant you need to delete:
Either click on Participant to filter the table for all participants
Or search for the participant in the search bar.
Now select the participant(s) you would like to delete, choose remove from the drop down menu and click on Apply.

You can view/manage submissions in a mailbox format from the submission page under the round tab.
In this section, you can do multiple of actions such as: mark submission Read/Unread, Highlight potential submissions with a favorite icon, Resend notifications to participants and/or judges, print submissions ,and assign judges to submissions.

Hover or click on your round.
Click Submissions.
Use the check box to choose the submissions.
Select the judge/panel you would like to assign submission(s) from the "select judge" drop down menu.
Select "Assign Judge" from the "bulk action" drop down menu.
Click apply, then the judge will be notified with the submissions assigned.Few readersRemove Judges
Under the Users menu, click on Judges to filter the table for all current Judges, or search by Judge name.
Select the Judge you would like to remove, and then choose remove from the drop down menu and click on Apply.
You will be taken to another page which will ask you for confiFew readersRe-qualify Submissions
You can re-qualify a submission from the round scores page, you can disqualify a qualified submission or qualify a disqualified submission as follows:
Go to the round scores page under your round name:
Choose the submission you would like to re-qualify.
Select qualify/disqualify from "Select Action" drop down menu then click apply.

Unassign Judges
Hover or click on your round.
Click Judges.
Click on the number of remaining evaluations.
Next, you will be taken to a page where you can unassign the judge from each submission.

Disqualify Submissions
This step takes place after the judges finish their evaluations.
Hover or click on your round.
Click Round Score.
Use the check box to choose the submission you want to disqualify.
Click on the drop down menu Select Action.
Choose Disqualify, then click Apply.Few readersRound Evaluations
Manage/view round evaluations in a mailbox format under the Evaluations page.
You can do any of the following actions to evaluations:
Mark as Read/Unread
Highlight evaluations; by clicking on the ★ favorite icon
Resend notifications to evaluation judges

Sending Reminder:
Under Round Management, click on the Send Emails tab.
Choose Judges (Pending).
Enter your reminder in the email body.

You can add and/or view judges under the Judges page.
To add new judges, go to the Add New tab under the Judges page:
You can invite Judges by:
Ⓐ Inviting single judge:
By entering the judge name and e-mail
Ⓑ Inviting multiple judges:
Through specifying judges' e-mails in a list of separated commas, or by uploading a CSV file containing the judges' names & e-mails.

A Judging Panel is a small group of judges who are chosen to evaluate submissions.
The score is then calculated on the average of each judge evaluation.
Create Judging Panel
Add judges from the Add New tab under Judges page
Under Judging Panel, create a title for the panel
Select the judges to be added to the panel from the Select Judges drop down menu
