Evaluation Form

Criteria are used to create evaluation criteria for judges to evaluate submissions against. As we did in the form, we will use different question types in the criteria based on your needs.



Choose the rating scale criteria to rate the submissions. You can use any criteria and tailor it to your needs, kindly check the submission form builder as they are similar.

Here are some examples of an evaluation form:

1st Rating scale

Creativity scale for the submission

Opening the setting for the rating scale question will give you multiple options:
Changing rating values
Rate count
Minimum and maximum rate value
Minimum and maximum value description

2nd Yes/No Questions

You can change the wording for the true/false label.
