Submission Form
Creating the form is one of the most important steps in the round setting. Its importance lies in the fact that participants will apply using the application form you created for your program.
You can choose any question by clicking on it on the left side or you can click on add question and choose the criteria you want.
The criteria for the application form creation are:
1.Single-line input: The Single-line input Entry field is mostly used to specify the name of a project, group, or other situation that requires a single text entry.
Long text: Helps applicants explain and add descriptive content to your question.
Multiple text boxes: Multiple text box entries is like single entry but you can add multiple answer boxes as you need.
Radio button group: Radio button groups are the most common method for making individual selections from a set of options. If a button is currently selected, the selection will be deselected when any other button is selected.
Rating scale: A numerical evaluation is provided, with rating options ranging from 1 to 10, or according to your choice, and among them, the judges can choose a score to evaluate the submission.
Checkboxes: Use Multiple Select to make multiple selections from a set of predefined options.
Drop Down: A drop-down menu allows users to choose from multiple options. It is especially useful when you want to select one choice from a limited set of options.
Multi-select drop-down: Such as the drop-down list, the multi-select drop-down helps you choose from multiple options, and you can choose more than one option.
Boolean: Choose from Yes/No.
File upload: Users can upload as many files as they want. You can also choose the maximum size in bytes for each file.
Image Picker: Display a number of photos or videos to choose from multiple options. The choice is choosing one from a limited set of options.
Ranking: Arranging the choices.
Panel: The related question will be in the same panel.
HTML: To add HTML content.

After clicking on add a question you will have by default a single-line input question, you can change it by clicking on the type of the question.
Each type of question has different settings. You can click on Settings to open the question settings.
You can enter a title to the page by clicking on it.
By clicking on the description you can add a description to the page.
By clicking on the settings button you will be greeted by the questions settings to configure based on your needs.
To add a different page to the form, please add a question on the next page.
