Evaluation Form Builder: Tips and Details
1- Insert the Submission Title.
Putting the Submission Title is a must for the evaluation form to function.
2- Design your evaluation criteria: The "Criterion" field is used to evaluate submissions. You may choose to add as many Criterion fields as necessary depending on the aspects you're looking to evaluate in submissions.
You can always add other fields to further elaborate your evaluation form like a Paragraph Text for judges to leave a feedback or Radio buttons to determine whether the applicants met a specific criteria in their submissions or not.
3- Once you're done with building your evaluation criteria, make sure to add a "Total Score" field at the end and mark it as to contain the final Evaluation Score.
