Information Sections
Countdown Section
The Countdown section is an important section that allows your applicants to know how much time they got to apply to your program by using an automated countdown timer.
Click Countdown on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:
1- Countdown Title
Use this to type a line to motivate the applicant to apply before the deadline. Or you can just add a title to your countdown timer.
2- Countdown Date
Select the year, month, and day that your application will be closed on.
Type your day first, then the month, and the year.
Or
Click on the calendar icon
Click on Month & Year to select them
Select the day from the calendar
You can change the countdown timer in case you extended the application period.
About The Program
This is considered the most informative section of your program. It shows specific details about your program using our creative content blocks and icons.
Click About The Program on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:
1- About Title
Add a title to your About section.
2- About Description
This allows you to add paragraphs that describe your program.
Pro Tool: separate the paragraphs by adding <br> <br> after each one.
3- Content Blocks
This allows you to use blocks and visual aids to help in explaining the main points or sectors of your program. Customize your content block by doing the following.
Click on the first Content Block under Add Content Block option
You can choose the type of image that appears on the content blocks, you can choose to use Untap icons or upload your icon/image. Notice that the options below will change with each image type.
You can add an icon to your content block by:
Click the arrow under Image Type.
Choose Icon.
Click the arrow under the Icon option.
Choose your icon from our icons dropdown menu.
You can upload an image to your content block by:
Click the arrow under Image Type.
Choose Image.
Insert a URL to your image.
Or
Click Upload Image then click Upload Files.
Drag and drop your image or click Select Files.
Choose your image and click Open then click Insert into Post.
Continue by adding a title to your content block.
Add a short description.
Pro Tool: Add a hyperlink in your content block to direct the applicants to any external website. You may use this to make the applicant download a file.
Repeat the instructions to edit more Content Blocks. It’s recommended that you use three of them for more clarity.
Click Add new field if you want to add more than three content blocks.
Pro Tool: Click Below Blocks to move your content blocks above your About Description.
Video Section
Make your program clearer by adding an introductory video of your program. Sometimes you can use this to let the applicant know more about your company or organization.
Click Video on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:
1- Video Title
Add a descriptive title to your Video section.
2- Video Link
Add a video URL to embed it into your Video section.
Upload a video on a public video platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, etc).
Copy and paste your video URL in the space below Video Link.
Make sure that the video is available for public viewing.
Objectives Section
This provides you with additional space to provide the applicant with additional information.
Click Objectives on your homepage customizer menu.
You can create this section by following the same instructions listed under About The Program section.
More About The Program Section
This also provides you with additional space to provide the applicant with additional information. It focuses more on showing paragraphs next to an image of your choice.
Click More About The Program on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:
1- Main Title
Add a title to your section by typing.
2- Content
Add content paragraphs showing more information about the program, company, or organization.
3- Select Image
Add an image next to your content paragraphs.
Click Select Image then click Upload Files.
Drag and drop your image or click Select Files.
Choose your image and click Open then click Choose Image.
Pro Tool: Images with transparent backgrounds would look better in this section.
Timeline Section
This section allows you to show the milestones of your program in a creative timeline design. It’s best when your applicant knows when each step begins and ends. It saves you a lot of time answering emails regarding that.
Click Timeline on your homepage customizer menu, from there you can do the following:
1- Timeline Title
Add a title to your section. (e.g., Timeline, Milestones, Program Journey,…, etc.).
2- Timeline Description
It’s optional to add informative lines before your timeline. It could be a note saying that this timeline may be subject to change.
3- Milestones
Milestone blocks allow you to represent important dates in order, using our creative timeline design.
Click Content Blocks under Add New Milestone option.
Click the arrow under the Icon option.
Choose your icon from our icons dropdown menu.
Choose No Icon if you don’t want to add any.
Add a title to your milestone. (e.g., Application Starts 3/2/2022).
Add more information about your milestone under Text.
Repeat the instructions to edit more Milestone Blocks.
Click Add new field if you want to add more than three milestones.
