Reward people for taking part. With gamification, participants earn points and achievement badges for their activity, and you can show who's leading on a leaderboard.
To get started, click the gear icon, then Gamification. You'll see two tabs: Settings and Leaderboard.
Achievements
Under Achievements Management you'll find ready-made achievements. Each one has a Trigger, a Frequency (Once or Repeatable), Points, a Status (active or not) and a Visibility setting. Some examples:
Welcome Aboard: creates an account (10 pts, once)
Verified Member: confirms their email (15 pts, once)
Profile Pro: completes all required profile fields (25 pts, once)
Idea Starter: starts their first application draft (15 pts, once)
Official Applicant: submits an application (40 pts)
Learner: starts a course module (15 pts)
High Achiever: completes a course with a score of 80% or more (60 pts)
Fast Finisher: completes a course before its end date (75 pts)
Community Voice, Conversation Builder and Social Amplifier: comment, reply and share on voting pages
Create your own achievement
Click + New Achievement.
Choose the trigger, frequency and points.
Save it.
Tip: select several achievements and use the toolbar to make them visible or hidden, or active or inactive, in one go.
Leaderboard
The Leaderboard tab ranks users by their total points and shows their achievements and profile fields. From here you can tag, message or export users.
