Configuring Submission and Evaluation Rounds Settings

Learn how to configure submission and evaluation rounds to manage entries and judging your program.

Each round's settings control when people can submit, when evaluators can score, and what participants and evaluators can do. Here's how to find them and what each one does.

Open your round settings

  1. Go to Programs in the top bar, find your program, and click Manage.

2. Click the round's tab at the top of the program page. Each round tab shows its number and name, for example 1 First Round.

3. Open the round's Settings tab.

The settings are grouped into six sections in the left sidebar: General Settings, Submission Settings, Evaluation Settings, Qualification Settings, AI Screening Settings and Proctor Settings. Click Save Settings after changing each section.
