The Calendar gives participants one place to see their upcoming sessions and dates. It lives at your platform address followed by /calendar, for example yourplatform.untap.us/calendar. Here's how to add it to your menu and fill it with dates.
Add the Calendar to your menu
Click the gear icon, then Platform Settings.
Open Menu Settings.
Under Default Menu Items, find Calendar and turn on its switch.
Optional: drag it up or down to change its place in the menu.
Click Save Settings.
Calendar now shows in your platform menu.
What participants see
A logged-in participant who opens the Calendar sees My Calendar, with a Month view, a Today button, and Today and This week panels listing what's coming up. Each person sees their own dates.
Which dates appear
Booked sessions: sessions a participant books through Bookings appear on their calendar automatically.
Courses and events: dates from your courses and events can also appear.
How dates get onto the calendar
There's no separate calendar to fill in. The calendar picks up dates from what you create:
Bookings: set up your hosts and their availability in Bookings. When a participant books a session, it shows on their calendar.
Courses: create the course in Courses and give it its dates.
Events: create the event and its sessions, with their dates, in Events.
The calendar looks empty
Check that the participant is logged in.
Check that they've booked a session, or that your course or event has dates set.
Click Today and move through the months. The panels only list today and this week.
