Request Additional Content

Sometimes it's needed to contact the applicant to replace an attachment or to send an additional content.

Hover or click on your round.
Click Submissions.
Click on the submission you want to contact.
Scroll down the submission, you will find Notes.
Type your message in the box.
Select the applicant mail by clicking Also email this to.
Add a subject to your email.
Click Add Note.
The applicant will receive a mail from your program email, and will reply with the requested document.
