Setting Up Your Account

Step-by-step guide to creating your Untap account, from selecting a subscription plan to accessing your dashboard.

Getting started with Untap takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to choose a plan, create your account and reach your dashboard.

Step 1: Choose your plan

  1. Go to the Untap pricing page.

  2. Choose the plan that suits you, billed monthly or annually.

Good to know: new users get a 7-day free trial, so you can explore every feature before you commit.

Step 2: Create your account

After you choose a plan, you'll go to the account creation page.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Work Email (twice) and a Password.

  2. Click Create Account. You can also sign up with Google or LinkedIn.

Step 3: Verify your email

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Untap with a verification code.

  2. Enter the code on the Verify Your Identity screen.

  3. Click Continue.

Tip: no code yet? Check your spam folder, or click Resend on the verification screen.

Step 4: Open your dashboard

Once your email is verified, you'll land on your Untap dashboard, ready to set things up.
