You can download your program's submissions, participants, evaluations and more as a spreadsheet or PDF. Here's how.
I. Open the export window
Open your program, select the round, and click the Submissions tab.
Optional: tick specific submissions, or filter the list first, to export only those.
Click the Export icon in the toolbar (or ⋯ More options → Export on smaller screens). The Export window opens.
II. Choose the format and data
In Select Export Type, choose xlsx, csv or pdf.
Tick the data you want (see the list below).
Click Export.
The data options are:
Export all data
Export all participants
Export all submissions: one row per submission, with each form question as a column.
Export all draft submissions
Export all evaluators
Export all panels
Export all evaluations: each evaluator's individual answers and scores, one row per evaluation.
Evaluation scores: a summary of the scores per submission, as shown in the Round Scores view.
III. Export a ranked list
The exported file isn't sorted by rank. To get a ranked list:
In the Submissions tab, click the view selector (it shows Submissions, at the right of the toolbar) and choose Round Scores. On screen, this view is sorted by Rank and shows Avg Score, Score Gap and Rank.
Click the Export icon (or ⋯ More options → Export).
Open the file in your spreadsheet app and sort it by the Rank column (smallest first) or the Avg Score column (largest first).
See Reviewing Round Scores and Evaluations for more on scores and ranks.
IV. See each evaluator's score
For the whole round: open the Round Scores view. The Evaluated By column lists every evaluator with their own score in brackets, for example "Dina Khalil (19.00)". Pending Evaluators shows who hasn't scored yet.
For one submission: click the submission's title and open the All Evaluations tab in the right panel. It lists each evaluator and their score.
In a file: in the Export window, tick Export all evaluations and Evaluation scores.
V. Other exports
Uploaded files: click Export Attachments in the Submissions toolbar (or ⋯ More options → Export Attachments on smaller screens).
Evaluator progress: the round's Evaluators tab has its own Export.
Votes: go to Voting → Votes and click Export. The file includes voter name, email and IP.
Charts: the Round Analysis tab and program Analytics both have Export.
Tips:
For very large rounds, filter the list and export in smaller groups.
If some evaluation answers don't appear in scores, check that the options have numeric values. See Reviewing Round Scores and Evaluations.
