Round Scores brings all your evaluators' scores together in one ranked list. Use it to follow judging progress, spot disagreements, and pick your top submissions with confidence.
I. Open Round Scores
Open your program and select the round.
Click the Submissions tab.
In the toolbar's view selector (it shows Submissions by default), choose Round Scores. The list is sorted by rank automatically.
II. Understand the columns
Progress: how much of the assigned evaluation is complete for each submission.
Avg Score: the average of all submitted evaluations.
Score Gap: how far apart the evaluators' scores are. A high gap means they disagree.
Rank: the submission's position based on its score.
Evaluated By and Pending Evaluators: who has scored and who still needs to.
Panels: the panel or panels assigned.
Status: Qualified, Disqualified or Pending.
To show or hide columns, click Table settings (the gear icon).
III. Review scores and feedback
Click a submission's Avg Score to open its evaluation details.
Review each evaluator's score, criteria breakdown and comments.
When evaluators disagree
When the Score Gap is high, you can act straight from the submission's details panel:
Action | Use it to |
Edit | Correct a score or feedback when there's a clear mistake. |
Delete | Remove an evaluation that isn't valid. |
Re-evaluate | Send the submission back for another review. The evaluator gets the Re-evaluation email from the round's Messages tab. |
Tips
Spot outliers: sort by Score Gap.
Check consistency: filter by Evaluators or panel, or compare each evaluator's average, highest and lowest scores in the Evaluators tab.
Check completion: keep an eye on Progress and Pending Evaluators before you make final decisions.
Export: select submissions and click Export (or ⋯ More options → Export) to download the ranked list.
If something looks off
What you see | What to do |
A column is missing | Click Table settings (the gear icon) to show or hide columns. |
Score Gap hasn't updated | Click Refresh after you edit or delete an evaluation. |
Some answers don't count in the score | Text-only options (for example "Advance" / "Do not advance") have no numeric value. To make them count, give the options numeric values (for example 0, 1, 2) in the evaluation form. |
Maximum scores differ between tracks | That's expected: each track can have its own evaluation form, so its maximum score can differ. |
