Program Analytics and the Health Score

Track participation, submissions and judging progress, and act on the program health score and alerts.

Every program has an analytics dashboard that shows how it's doing and what needs your attention, from signups to judging progress. Analytics is in Beta.

Open program analytics

  • On the program page, click Analytics (top right), or

  • Click Analytics in the top navigation bar, open Programs, choose a program and click Open analytics →.

The overview

The top cards show Participants, Submissions, Drafts, Qualified (%), Avg judged score and Evaluation progress (%).

Executive summary

  • Program health score (out of 100): the average of checks such as submission completion, evaluation completion, deadline adherence and participant engagement. Each check shows its own percentage, so you can see where to focus.

  • Key changes: how your numbers moved compared with the previous period.

  • Alerts: things to look at, labeled by priority (for example Warning or Info). Examples include "submissions have no judge", "qualification decisions pending" or "only 25% of signups start an entry". Click Open the report to see the details.

Reports

  • Program: Overview, Acquisition (where participants came from)

  • Participants: Participants, Submission answers

  • Evaluation: Evaluation & scoring, Quality & operations

Filters and export

  • Use Period, Compare to, Round, Track, More filters and Advanced to narrow the data. Filters apply to all reports.

  • Click Export to download the data.

  • Click Charts to show or hide charts.

Platform-wide analytics

The Analytics page also has Platform, Traffic, Courses and Surveys reports.
