Bring your team into Untap by adding them as admins. In this guide, you'll invite a new admin, choose the right role and manage admin access.
Invite a new admin
Click the gear icon at the top right, then Users.
Open the Admins tab.
Click + Add Admin. The Add Admin page opens.
Enter the admin's First Name, Last Name and Email. You can also add a Phone Number (country code and number).
Under Roles (Define this admin's modules and roles), choose what they need in each section: Platform, Programs, Courses, Bookings, Surveys, Events, Content and Custom Roles.
Click Send Invitation.
Your new admin gets an email with sign-in instructions. If the invitation expires, they can click Forgot password? on the login page to get a fresh link.
Tip: always give colleagues access by adding them as admins here. If they sign up and pay on their own, they get a new, separate workspace and won't see your programs.
Admin roles
Give each person the smallest role that covers their work, and keep Platform Manager for a few trusted people. To see every role, its description and how many people have it, go to Users → Admins → Roles Management.
Platform Manager: full access to every module, setting, survey, booking, course, submission, evaluation and page.
Program Manager: runs programs, submissions and evaluations from start to finish, without permission to delete.
Submission Manager: handles submissions and participants, including form building and analysis. Program, evaluation and evaluator settings aren't included.
Submission Viewer: views program submissions and round analysis only, without creating, editing or deleting. Great for observers.
Evaluation Manager: creates evaluation rounds and manages evaluators.
Evaluation Viewer: views round scores only.
LMS Manager: full control of courses, content, participants and instructors.
Bookings Manager: manages bookings, meetings, availability and related settings.
Surveys Manager: creates and manages surveys and forms.
Events Manager: manages events, speakers, attendees, agendas and event content.
Content Manager: manages the website (CMS and page builder), custom pages, headers and footers, and program content.
Custom roles: in Roles Management, you can also create your own roles with exactly the permissions you need.
Manage your admins
The Admins table shows each admin's roles, when they joined or were invited, when they were last seen, who added them, their IP address and their status. Open the ⋮ Actions menu on a row to:
Edit: update their name, email, roles, modules or program access.
Send Message: email the selected admin(s).
Export: download the selected rows.
Remove: take the admin off your platform.
Tip: to pause someone's access without removing them, switch their Status off.
