Once Bookings is set up, you can build your catalog of sessions, keep track of every booked meeting, and see what hosts and participants thought afterwards. Here's how.
I. Sessions
A. The sessions list
The table shows each session's ID, Name, Category and Type (for example online).
You can also see the number of Bookings for each session and which admin Added it.
To create a session, click Add Session (top right).
Use the toolbar to Star, Tag, add a Note to, or Export several sessions at once.
B. Set up a session
Click a session's name to set it up:
Enter the Title, write the Session Description, and set the Duration.
Upload a cover image and add Category tags so participants can filter sessions.
In the sidebar, outline the Agenda, assign Hosts, and choose the Feedback Forms sent after the session.
II. Bookings
The Bookings tab lets you follow every scheduled meeting as it happens.
See all meetings by Booking Date.
Check the Host Status and Session Status to see which meetings are approved.
See the Host and Participant for each meeting.
Use Force Acceptance, Cancel Session or Session Completed to manage a meeting, or Send Message and Export.
III. Feedback
The Feedback tab collects what hosts and participants said about their sessions.
Switch between Hosts and Participants to see each group's answers separately.
See the Session Date, the Form Title used, and the date the feedback was submitted.
The Resend # column shows how many reminders were sent automatically.
Use the sidebar filter to find Pending Feedback: sessions that haven't been reviewed yet.
