Your program page is where participants learn about your program and apply. Here's how to edit its sections and publish it when you're ready.
Manage your content sections
Every program page starts with these sections, which you can edit, rename, reorder or delete:
About
Program Timeline
Eligibility
Prizes
Judging
FAQs
To change the title of the About section, edit the About Section Title field.
Add a section
You can add sections at any time, even after your program has ended. A popular example is announcing your winners.
Open the program. The Content tab opens first.
Click + Add Section (to the right of the existing sections).
Give it a name, for example "Winners".
Add your content: names, photos, text or links.
Click Save Content.
There's no need to create a new round to share results.
Tip: Reorder sections by dragging and dropping the section tabs.
For the other options on the Content tab (countdown, visibility and display options), see Creating Your First Program.
Publish your program
Once your content, rounds and settings are ready, make your program live.
Open the program.
Click the publish switch at the top right of the program page, next to the eye icon.
Published (green): your program is live on your platform and participants can see it.
Draft (grey): your program is hidden from your platform and participants, and evaluators can't evaluate it. You can switch between the two at any time.
Good to know
Click Save Content after editing your content.
The Apply Now button appears while the first round's submission dates are open, and disappears automatically after the deadline. It also needs the program and at least one track to be published.
To publish a track, open the first round's Submission Form tab, select the track in Select Track and click the pencil icon. In the Edit Submission Track Form dialog, switch on Publish and click Save. Published tracks show a Published badge.
What's next?
Your content is ready. Next, configure how participants submit and get evaluated.
