From the round's Submissions tab, you can edit answers, reopen a submission for the participant, choose the title field, qualify entries and message participants. You'll use two menus:
⋮ Actions at the end of each row: actions for one submission.
The toolbar above the table: actions for all selected submissions. On wide screens many of these show as icons. The rest, and on narrow screens all of them, are in ⋯ More options.
Edit a participant's answers
Open the submission's ⋮ Actions menu.
Click Edit.
Change the answers and save.
You can edit a submission at any time, including after the deadline.
Let the participant edit again
When a participant needs to fix or complete their own submission (for example to re-upload a file), open the submission's ⋮ Actions menu and click Enable Editing.
Choose which field becomes the submission title
Click ⋯ More options in the toolbar.
Click Set Submission Title(s). (The same option is also next to the track selector in the Submission Form tab.)
For each track, choose the field to use as the title.
To change one submission's title, edit that submission's answer in the chosen field.
Qualify, disqualify or set back to pending
Select one or more submissions.
Click the Qualify icon, or open ⋯ More options and click Qualify, Disqualify or Pending.
Whether participants are notified depends on your settings. See Qualifying and Disqualifying Submissions.
Message a group
Select the submissions and click the Send Message (envelope) icon. See Sending Bulk Emails.
Other useful actions
Add Star, Add Tag and Add Note (toolbar icons) to organize submissions.
Assign evaluators/panels and Unassign. See Assigning Judges to Submissions.
Show Evaluator Feedback / Hide Evaluator Feedback to choose whether the participant sees evaluators' feedback.
Show Qualification Status (⋮ Actions) for one submission.
Reorder Submissions and Mark as read (in ⋯ More options).
The Submissions / Drafts / Trash switch shows submitted entries, unfinished drafts, and removed submissions.
